The bracket is rounded on the corners and allows for easier installation in existing walls (a plunge cut with a circular saw may be needed), and bendable tabs stamped into the bracket offer greater holding power. The light bar emits a nice, even output that casts wide, soft light down the face of any surface and out away from the wall/column/step for safe passage.
